Where can I see my support tickets and live chats?
The support button lets you view your previous support tickets and live chats.
We will also send you an email with every support ticket reply. If you aren't receiving our emails, please follow this guide:

Please ensure you are logged in to your account at https://my.freshstore.app or your store admin area.
Find the support chat icon in the bottom right of your screen, and see the following screenshot for reference:
Troubleshooting
If you can't see all your previous conversations, they may be under a different email address. Please get in touch with support with all the email addresses you use, and we will merge them so you can see your support history in one place.
