How to whitelist emails from FreshStore

IMPORTANT - If you don't follow this guide and whitelist our emails, you might miss out on your store stats, our replies to your support tickets, exclusive invites, new guides and strategies, special offers, product news and all other updates.

We will email you from the address team@freshstore.app - please save this in your email address book, drag it to your inbox, and mark it as important. More details are in the video and instructions below.

Step 1 - Remove from Promotions

The first step is to move Fresh emails from the promotions tab like this:

  1. Click on the "Promotions" tab
  2. Find all the emails from FreshStore
  3. Drag them to the "Primary" tab
  4. Click "Yes" in the yellow message box

Doing this ensures your Fresh emails aren't hidden from your inbox or accidentally sent to Spam.

If you are not using Gmail, please check if you have the same feature inside your email account and perform the same steps as above.

Step 2 - Whitelist our Emails

Whitelisting means adding our email address to your address book. We have information below for you on all email clients to help you.

Now click the little arrow icon next to the email so it shows yellow, like this:

That's it! But if you need more help, you can see our guides below for whitelisting on different email accounts.
