How do I contact the support team?
Our friendly support team is ready to help you with anything you need.
You can contact our team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the help button in the bottom right corner. You can find the help button on this page, any other guides, your account area, and your stores' admin areas.
When you contact us, include as much information as you can so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
Using the Help Button
After you click the help button, you may see a list of suggested guides first. You can click "Ask" at the top to contact our support team directly. You will be asked to enter your name and email.
Please enter as much detail as you can about your issue or question so we can provide you with the best resolution possible.
Getting Help Faster
When contacting support, please include all the information you can that may be relevant (e.g. your email addresses, the store, screenshots, etc.).
This will allow us to help you straight away instead of asking you for the information we might need.
You will see an option in the help button for Live Chat if we are available. We do not have set hours for live chat, and we can't guarantee this will be available for you.
If you use Live Chat, we may ask to move the help to a support ticket if it takes longer than 15 minutes to resolve.
