AI Assistant - Feature Guide

FreshStore includes an easy-to-use AI assistant directly inside your stores. This guide will show you how to take full advantage of all the innovative AI features.

Accessing the AI Features

The AI assistant is almost everywhere in FreshStore. The main AI Features are the Offer Importer, Article Generator, and Category Builder.

You will see these options in your store's admin menu:

Article Generator

FreshStore includes a powerful article generator that uses AI to create unique content on any topic.

Offer Importer

The offer importer helps you import products to your store by using search. It will populate the products, and you may choose which one you want to add as new or append to an existing one.

You can also access it from Your Store >> Offers:

Every time you create a product from the Offer Importer, the AI assistant will rewrite all the product content to tidy it up and make it unique.

If you prefer, you can turn this off in "Settings >> Product Settings" from your store admin menu.

The Magic AI Button

Many members find this AI feature the most useful in FreshStore. In almost every content field, you have the option to create or rewrite the content using the AI assistant.

Look out for Magic AI Button, shown in the screenshots below, and click it to instantly generate content for that field.

The AI Assistant uses your "Store Name" and "Niche" settings when creating content. Check these settings are correct under "Settings >> Store Settings" in your admin area menu.

Category Builder

The AI can also assist you when creating the Categories for your store. You can see it inside the Categories page or under "AI Tools" in the admin menu.

About AI Chips

AI Chips are used to feed the AI Robot that creates your content. You use a few AI chips each time you use the AI (e.g., to generate content, categories, meta tags).

You can see your remaining chips under AI Chips from your account dashboard or in your store's dashboard.
