What is a bounce rate?
In your store admin area, you will see a "Bounce Rate" for products, categories, articles, brands, etc. This is related to your store analytics and traffic.
This is the percentage of people who have directly visited that page in your store and not clicked to view another page.
We use this number to see how well the page is performing. If the bounce rate is high, you can see that the visitors are not finding what they are looking for on that page.
A high bounce rate is nothing to worry about. It lets you know the areas of your store that you can improve with better content, different offers, etc. and is only an indicator.
The bounce rate is not useful until you have at least 100 visitors to the page.
