Each member of our support team is fully trained in affiliate marketing and runs their own FreshStores. They can help and advise you with experience and expertise.
We are happy to help with any aspect of your account, stores, strategies, traffic, content, and conversions, and we will go above and beyond to ensure your projects succeed.

Contacting the Support Team
You can always contact us using the help button in the bottom right corner. You can find the help icon on this page, any other guides, your account area, and your stores' admin areas.
After you click the help button, click "Ask" at the top to contact our support team directly. You will be asked to enter your name and email.
When contacting support, please include all the information you can (e.g. your email addresses, screenshots, etc.). This will enable us to help you faster.

When you send an email to us, you will receive an email auto-reply to let you know we have received it. If you haven't received our auto-reply, please check your Spam folder.
Please also whitelist our emails to make sure you get all of our replies to you.
