How to add a custom domain
Your FreshStore account includes free-to-use Vanity Domains, but you can also add your own Custom Domains.
Adding a Custom Domain
Log in to your FreshStore account and go to "Domains -> Add Domain", or go to this link:
https://my.freshstore.app/domain/create
Choose the Full Domain option, and enter your domain only (e.g. mydomain.com). Click the button to confirm.
Changing Your Name Servers
Once you have added your custom domain, you can then change your domain name servers to the ones below:
You can change your nameservers by logging into your Domain Name Registrar (i.e. the place you bought your domain, like GoDaddy or NameCheap).
The process can differ slightly - look for a guide or article at your registrar, or contact their support team.
Once you have changed the nameservers, you can check when it has been updated by going to your domain list and clicking "Options" for that domain. It usually takes less than 30 minutes to update but can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
Alternative Options
You will change your domain's nameservers when you add it to FreshStore. This might impact other services you have on the domain name, like emails or other websites.
Please also see our guide for Adding Custom Subdomains to Your Account if you do not want to change your nameservers.

It should take less than 30 minutes but could take up to 24 hours. They might update faster for different parts of the world.
How can I make the nameservers propagate faster?
You can try clearing the DNS cache in these places, which may help in decreasing the time it takes for the nameservers to change:
https://cachecheck.opendns.com/
https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/cache
Why are there only two nameservers?
Other services may have more nameservers, but only two are needed for FreshStore.
