Why does my content formatting look wrong?

If you have pasted content from another place (e.g. Google Docs, a Word Document, WordPress, etc.), it can sometimes cause formatting and layout issues.

Copy and pasting from different sources can bring across formatting that conflicts with the FreshStore formatting. It is better to format your content inside the FreshStore editor.

If you are pasting content in from elsewhere, use the Paste as Plain Text option.

You can do this by right-clicking, or you can use a keyboard shortcut:

On Mac, it is the keyboard shortcut "Cmd + Shift + V"
On Windows, it is the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + V"

How to Fix Existing Content

If you have already pasted some content and it doesn't look right, you can clear the formatting by selecting all the text and clicking this button:

This will clear the formatting to plain text. You can then use the editor to format the text as you wish.
