How to create email accounts

When you create your store on a custom domain, you may want to set up a branded email address.

For example, if your store is on a custom domain "steaktoyourdoor.com" you could have the email address "help@steaktoyourdoor.com".

Current Email Options

At the moment, we can either:

Forward email from your domain to another email address
Add DNS records (i.e. MX records) to your domain so you can use a 3rd party email service (e.g. Zoho)

Please contact support to arrange either of these options for your custom domain.
