How to clear your store cache

Your stores automatically include a powerful CDN (Content Delivery Network), which caches your store on various servers around the globe.

This means that your store loads super fast no matter where your visitors are in the world.

However, when you make changes, they are not instantly available on the CDN, so you may want to clear the cache manually.

Clearing your store cache does not turn it off permanently. The CDN will take a new copy of your stores, and they will still load super fast.

Clearing the cache from your main account

Go to your list of stores on the link below:

From here, click on "Manage" on the store. On the next page, click the button "Clear Store Cache".

The cache will be cleared instantly.

Clearing your store cache from the store admin

Go to "Maintenance -> Clear Cache" and click the button to clear all cache from the CDN instantly.

You can also click the "Clear Cache" link in the admin bar at the top of your store.

Please note that the admin bar only appears when logged in as admin.
