If you see "FRESHSTORE.APP/HELP" or "FRESHSTORE" on your billing statement

FRESHSTORE.APP/HELP will appear on your billing statement when you have a FreshStore subscription or have ordered an upgrade. These charges may appear monthly or yearly, depending on your package.

How to Access Your Purchase

Head over to the FreshStore Account Area and log in to access your FreshStore package. If you do not know your password, you can use the password reset to get a new one.

You can learn more about your package and any charges inside your account.

Our Free Trials

You may have started a free trial with FreshStore or one of our other products. The free trial will convert to a paid account if you do not cancel the free trial.
