How to cancel your FreshStore account
We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes you must cancel your account. You can cancel your plan at any time in your account area.

How do I cancel my account?
Please follow these steps to cancel your account as quickly as possible:
Go to your Account Summary. Use the link below to access your Account Summary page and login if you need to:
https://my.freshstore.app/account/summary
Select your Plan. Scroll down to see "Your Plans". Click the "Manage" link on the plan you want to cancel.
Click the Cancel Button. Scroll down on this page to see the red "Cancel" button. Click it to continue cancellation.
Follow the instructions. Follow the steps to confirm your cancellation.
- That's it! You will receive an email confirming the cancellation is done.
If you need to take a break and don't want to lose all your hard work, we offer a Subscription Pause. Ask our support team using the help icon in the bottom right, and we will pause your payments until you are ready.
What will happen to my account?
In the event of a cancellation, your account will be closed at the end of your current billing term. Any websites, stores or data in your account will be taken offline and scheduled for deletion.
When you cancel your account, your stores and data will be deleted permanently. You will also lose any discounts or special pricing.
We do not keep any backups of cancelled accounts, and your data will be non-recoverable after your billing term has ended.
This includes your stores, unique content, customer emails and data, store messages, articles, products, categories, analytics, and more.
Please ensure you have backups and exports of all your data before confirming your cancellation in order to avoid data loss.
