How do I request a feature or report a bug?
If you have a feature you would like to see in FreshStore, please contact us with the details. We are happy to hear new feature suggestions and are constantly improving the platform.
If you find any bugs, please also contact us, and we will squash them as soon as we can. Usually, we can offer you a quick alternative to keep you moving or fix the issue quickly.
Use the Help icon in the bottom right corner of all our websites to chat with us or send a message to our helpdesk.
